Outlook Express 6

Start Microsoft Outlook Express 6
Click on the Tools menu.
Click on Accounts.
Click on the Add button.
Click on Mail.

In the Display Name field enter your real name as you wish it to be displayed in the "From" field on your outgoing messages.
Click Next.

Ensure "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" is selected.

Enter your e-mail address in the field below exactly as you wish it to be displayed on your outgoing messages. The Internet standard is to have your e-mail address entirely in lowercase.
Click Next.

Ensure that POP3 is selected from the drop-down box.

In the Incoming Mail field enter mail.domainname.com (eg. if your domain name is iolinc.com, enter mail.iolinc.net).

In the Incoming Mail field enter smtp.domainname.com (eg. if your domain name is iolinc.com, enter smtp.iolinc.net).
Click Next.

In the Account Name, enter the username provided to you (this most likely the beginning part of your email address).

If you want Outlook Express to remember your password so that you don't have to enter it every time you check mail, enter the password provided to you by us in the Password field and ensure that Remember Password is checked.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

You have now setup your Microsoft Outlook Express 6 to check mail on your domain name.
