Changing Your Logon Password
Changing your password is an important process which should be performed
at least once a year for maximum security. It is not difficult for somebody
to obtain your password by looking over you shoulder while you type it,
or obtaining it in other ways. While International Online does offer high security
protection against outside forces, you can further enhance this security by
regularly changing your password.
With International Online you have two separate passwords, one for login and one for
checking your mail. Usually these two passwords are the same for convenience
reasons. Because of security reasons International Online's staff are the
only people that can change your login password.
The customer may change their e-mail password as often as desired.

Login to the Webmail .
Click on Account Options at the top right, and click Change Password.
*Note* If you incur any problems with changing your password(s), simply call
International Online's Technical Support Line (304-626-2000) and a support
person will be able to change your password(s) for you over the phone.
